Production of fuels by pyrolysis of waste plastics: technical notes

چکیده
Abstract This paper described the plant scale catalytic process of plastic waste materials in order to obtain an alternative fuel from three wastes Polypropylene (PP), Polystyrene (PS) and Polyethylene (PE). Pyrolysis is thermochemical decomposition plastics at elevated temperatures (in absence or little supply oxygen) into a range useful products: gas, liquid, solid residue. These have consisting PP, PE PS, are first sorted manually crushed by using crusher finally feed reactor enclosed burner maintaining reaction temperature about 500°C. Nitrogen gas used create inert environment for fluidization reactor. The produced cracked now sent be condensed condenser followed series cyclone separator electrostatic precipitator then liquid vapor separator. pyrolysis design capacity 3.2 tons each day, obtained 80% gaseous 7% Liquid remaining as variation yield products according increase also shown this paper.
